1. How much time is required for the sanitization service?

It depends upon the distance to be covered. We can confidently answer this query only after getting this information. However, the complete facility should be locked out for a minimum of 3 hours after the treatment.

2. Does this sanitization service guarantee protection against Corona Virus?

Please note that we are providing sanitization services as per the guidelines. Our method is found to be effective in controlling virus, however, there are no guarantees here as every workspace does have some factors which are beyond the scope of our services.

4. What should be the frequency of the service?

Given the current conditions, it would be smart to go for a fortnightly sanitization service. However, after conducting one sanitization service, we would be in a better position to recommend the frequency.

5. What is the difference between Disinfecting and Sanitization?

While Sanitization and Disinfecting both belong to the same family of terms that largely means getting rid of any sort of contamination, they aren’t the same. Sanitization is reducing the contamination or microbe to a safe level, whereas Disinfection is killing everything on a particular surface.

6. Are disinfecting services safe to depend on for Commercial or Residential?

Given the current situation, there is nothing better to rely on than a professional disinfection and sanitization service which helps to curb the spread of COVID-19.

7. Does heating or freezing kill the virus?

Extreme heat will destroy the virus that causes COVID-19 but is not recommended as a general disinfection method. Viruses are generally resistant to the cold and can remain viable if frozen.

8. Should I limit time outside the house?

Avoid crowds as much as possible to limit the chance of infecting yourself, but also to avoid bringing it back into your home.

9. Can household bleach be used as a disinfectant?

Household bleach can be diluted with water and is an effective and inexpensive disinfectant.

10. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) should be worn when applying and using disinfectants?

Protective eyewear and gloves are recommended for most disinfectant application. For bleach or chlorine-based disinfectants, an apron to protect clothing from splatters is also recommended.

11. It’s bad to mix cleaners with disinfectants?

Don’t ever mix a disinfectant with another cleaning solution. If you do it won’t be effective.

12. It’s best to clean and disinfect a room by starting with the cleanest area and moving to the dirtiest?

13. Why should I choose Rex to disinfect my home? Can’t I just do it myself?

Not all sanitizers and disinfectants are created equal. Many sanitizers and disinfectants are highly toxic. Our process is not toxic, and is volatile organic compounds (VOC) free and is an EPA registered disinfectant.
